Here are head to toe stretches with our gorgeous Pilates teacher, Claire.
This routine would take about 10 minutes and is a great way to be included in your daily work-out. The stretches are for neck, shoulder, chest, wrist, back, hip, hamstrings and feet.
These stretches are great prior to a workout or as a cool down or just on their own. Stretching helps with flexibility and mobility.
