Went to see Pratik at Woodside Clinic today to sort out my troublesome back. What a guy! Super knowledgeable, great to chat to and most importantly sorted my back out good and proper and as promised, he has emailed me through some simple exercises to do to help strengthen my core too – it is the best my back has felt in a LONG time, so much so I hit some smashing shots at tennis this evening.

I have been attending Woodside Clinic. The staff make you feel comfortable about your safety there. I have been seeing Pratik, an osteopath. He makes me feel at home and checks it’s okay before doing anything. He’s made a great job sort my shoulder out. I would recommend them.

I have been using Woodside Clinic for group Pilates classes to strengthen my core. I have two prolapsed discs and need to learn to strengthen the muscles around that area. The instructor was very helpful and provided me with clear instructions and exercises that will help. The Reformer seems to be an amazing piece of equipment too.I chose Woodside initially for their availability late in the evening due to work commitments but the small classes are definitely a bonus due to the amount of personal instruction you receive. I’d most definitely recommend them.
